Terms of service
Last updated August 27, 2026
In short: Use Oralyvo™ lawfully, record only what you have the right to record, and treat AI transcripts and summaries as drafts rather than verified records. You keep ownership of your recordings and transcripts.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Oralyvo™, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you are using Oralyvo™ on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including sign-ins through a connected Google or Microsoft account.
- Accounts are for a single person. Do not share credentials or resell access.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Recording, consent, and lawful use
Recording laws differ by country, province, and state, and many organizations set their own rules on top of them. You are solely responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent required before you record a conversation, call, meeting, or shared-system audio.
Do not use Oralyvo™ to record or transcribe anyone unlawfully, to conduct surveillance, or to capture confidential material you have no right to access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, or probe its infrastructure without permission.
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or billing controls.
- Use the service to generate unlawful, harassing, or deliberately deceptive content.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product.
Your content
You keep ownership of the audio you record, the files you upload, and the transcripts and summaries produced from them. You grant Oralyvo™ only the permission needed to process, store, and return that content to you as part of delivering the features you choose to use.
AI output and accuracy
Transcription, summarization, translation, and question answering are automated and imperfect. Output can contain errors, omissions, or invented details, and accuracy varies with audio quality, accent, terminology, and background noise.
Treat output as a working draft. Do not rely on it as an authoritative record for medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions without reviewing it against the source audio.
Third-party services
Oralyvo™ depends on third parties for authentication, transcription, and AI processing. Their availability, changes, and outages can affect the service. Signing in through Google or Microsoft is also governed by that provider's own terms.
Service availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the service develops. We aim to keep Oralyvo™ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance or provider incidents may cause downtime.
Paid features
Where a feature is offered on a paid basis, the price, billing period, and renewal terms are presented before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Ending your use
You can stop using Oralyvo™ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for other users, or is required to be closed by law. Export anything you want to keep before closing your account.
Disclaimers
Oralyvo™ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oralyvo™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Oralyvo™ is operated by WianTribe Inc. from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of Oralyvo™ are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
You agree that the courts of the Province of New Brunswick have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to their jurisdiction. If the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live give you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here removes those rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Oralyvo™ changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
