In short: Oralyvo™ processes only the information needed to provide the feature you choose. Provider credentials stay on the server, and you control when recordings or transcript text are uploaded, processed, shared, or exported.

Information Oralyvo™ handles

Depending on the features you use, Oralyvo™ may handle your account email and profile details, microphone or shared-system audio, uploaded recordings, transcripts, summaries, translations, questions, saved vocabulary, and export files.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, transcribe audio, generate the AI result you request, save or synchronize your history, diagnose service availability, and protect the service from abuse.

Audio and AI providers

Browser transcription can run through your browser's speech engine. Cloud transcription and AI tools send the necessary audio or transcript text through Oralyvo™'s backend to the configured service provider. Oralyvo™ does not expose provider API keys to your browser.

Storage and synchronization

Your choices

You can clear transcripts, delete saved audio, remove history entries, export your information, and choose which transcription or AI features to use. Browser microphone and screen-sharing permissions can also be withdrawn in your browser settings.

Recording consent

You are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent required by the laws and policies that apply to your recording.

Security

Oralyvo™ keeps provider credentials server-side, uses same-origin API requests, prevents API responses from being cached, and applies limits intended to reduce accidental oversized submissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Policy changes

This page may be updated as Oralyvo™'s features and providers change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
